Bow Tie has been in the family for 4 wonderful years and enjoys tea parties and looking after “her girl” she also plays tag in the yard.
We’ve had Basil for a year and a half. This loving guy has brought so much happiness and joy to our growing family, and we could not imagine finding a better dog!
Laramie was his name in there. But now he is Knox and the most spoiled baby. We love him so much
We've had Belle for about 2 years and she's absolutely perfect!
We have had Roxy for a year but her name is Maya now and she is right at home
This is my dog Buzz that I got from you all 7 yrs ago. He is best dog!!
They were Piper and Preston at LPHS, Clementine and Finnigan to us. We love them so much! They have helped us start to heal from losing our 19 year old cat in June. ❤️
We adopted Ellie (Jane at the time of adoption) a little over two years ago. She’s the best friend my husband and I have and she definitely a spoiled princess. She loves walks and hiking and summer puppy cones.
This is Kya, we have had her since October, and she is a firecracker! When we got her she ended up getting really sick and we weren't sure she was going to make it, but she pulled through and moved to Missouri a short time later and now she enjoys hanging out in the car if you leave the window down or door open. She also loves chasing all the critters here in Missouri, her favorite things to chase are hummingbirds and lizards.
Rocky ♥️ got him after New year's
This is Ari (adopted as "Duke") speaking. I have lived in Glenrock now for 5 years and love my forever family. I have turned into a wonderful dog since I have siblings and parents to give me lots of love and attention! We have even added triplets to our family and man do I adore the little girls! I cannot wait till they can keep me entertained all day and go on adventures together!

Kitty Soft Paws! Year and a half ago I adopted her. Little love of my life, and tough enough to whip on the dogs.
Logan (Ogin) found my furever home about 4 1/2 years ago. Loving life in Colorado
I adopted Nick (Carbon now) for my birthday. A few months before that I had lost my cat to cancer. I didnt think I would ever get another cat again. I had read a lot about Maine coons and loved the breed but they were an expensive breed so I never thought I would get one. The shelter said they had two so we went down to take a look. The moment I picked up Carbon he wrapped his paws around me and cuddled in. I fell in love. He is the cuddliest, fluffiest, sweetest cat I have ever had. He has been such a joy to our family
Sinner: our other kitty needed a friend, we thought we’d just stop by and look at the shelter. We were just looking! Then we couldn’t leave without him! 🙂
Tazzman, best friend to his boy Randy for 10 blessed years before he crossed the rainbow bridge. He made us laugh each and every day
Took this beauty home and she immediately attached to the kiddo and has been his dog ever since.
We are getting close to having Zephyr with us for a year. He's the best!
We adopted Trigger from LPHS out of the blue one day. I had just quite my job to take care of my Mom and my Mom passed away two months later. That’s when I realized Trigger rescued me. God knew I needed Trigger way before I did. He is definitely my snuggle buddy!
Ellee was Alley n me
This is Aspen, she loves camping and swimming at the lake, she had her very own beanbag, which is her favorite piece of furniture, she's a perfect fit for my little family. ❤️
A year ago we seen a Great Dane at the shelter that we just had to go meet! We met him and he absolutely did not want anything to do with us, very quickly we realized it wasn’t a good fit so they brought in RhyLee. From the moment she seen me she was my 56 pound lap dog! A year later she’s my 80 pound lap dog that loves being the center of attention! Well at least competes for it with her 4 month old St. Bernard sister! Sounds like they are gonna year my house down but they couldn’t be happier!
I adopted Beans for LPHS a little over six months ago.one of the most sweetest, caring dogs I could hope for.
Duke, the brown dog, is our second adoption from LPHS. We went to check out the dogs. He looks so much like our first dog and has fit in perfectly with our family of kids, cats, and our black dog, Raven.
This is “Whip.” We adopted her in July and she quickly joined the ranks of favorite dogs ever.
We adopted Apollo in 2016. And Venus this year at 12 wks. She is now 7 months old
This is Sadie. We adopted her in July and she has been such a cool dog! She is such a cuddler and loves to be held like a baby. We love her! We don’t know what we would do without her.
Our dog Tank (the big pitbull in the middle) we adopted from LPHS in 2015. My sister-in-law sent us a picture of a three-legged brindle pitbull who looked like the one we currently owned (the little one of the left). The day after Thanksgiving we went and met him for the first time and took him home that day. He loves to play tug-of-war and sleep under the blanket. We love having him in our family.
This is Chester that we adopted in June from LPHS. Fate brought us together. I was working at the club and we had an order to delivery at the shelter. I was just about done for the day and told them I would take it on my way home. We lost our little Scottie dog in February and swore we weren’t getting another pet because, we were so heart broken from losing our little buddy. Chester had been brought in about a week before and nobody had claimed him. When I laid eyes on him I fell in love immediately. I took some pictures of him and rushed home to show my husband. When he saw him he said, maybe you should go back out there and tell them we’ll take him. He has brought us so much joy and I can’t imagine our lives without him.
This is Oliver! ♥️ We adopted him in June of 2017! Although the has a lot of separation anxiety, he is our best friend! He is full of energy, incredibly obedient, smart, and handsome! He has helped get me through health issues, stress, etc. he is simply the best dog!
