Interested in Adopting?
We strive to provide a hassle free adoption process that provides every adopter and pet with the best experience possible.
Cat adoption fees are $50 for adults, and $15 for Senior Cats (7+). Cats come microchipped, vaccinated, and altered. All of our cats are required to be indoor cats, unless otherwise specified.
If you are interested in adopting a pet, please submit a complete Adoption Application as soon as possible. Completed Applications are processed in the order they are received. Your application must include 3 references, and your veterinarians contact information. Once received, your application will be processed, references will be checked, and a home visit (excluding cats) will be scheduled at your earliest convenience.
Ladies and gentlemen, Laramie Peak Humane Society would like to formally introduce you to Grace. Though, truth be told, Gertrude would be more fitting. Miss Grace is a senior cat, likely well over ten years old. She is pretty well deaf and pretty well tired. Ideally, Grace's forever home would be a very quiet, very calm, warm house where she can claim her space but get human loves on her terms. This tired, weary, little old lady just wants to live out her days like any esteemed lady would. Grace will be here, patiently waiting for her human companion to swoop her to a lovely home for retirement.
Tab Hunter is our resident surprise. When he came to us, he was heartbroken and in not the greatest shape. With a lot of love and tinkering with his food, Tab Hunter has become one of our most loving cats. This ole boy needs a forever home full of love and patience.
"Now here you go again
You say you want your freedom
Well who am I to keep you down?
It's only right that you should
Play it the way you feel it"
We're definitely trying to help this Stevie find her freedom; we're not gonna keep her down. Not that it will be difficult to find a forever home for this beauty. Her love is bewitching - Stevie will have you wrapped around her finger with the first cuddle. Her soft coat and mild temper make her the perfect cat for any home.
These two fluffybutts are Snowflake and Butterscotch, respectively. Both of these lovely ladies are 4 years old and, as you can see, enjoy strolls in the outside world. Butterscotch is a little less reserved, but once Snowflake opens up she's all love. These sisters have been together since birth and need to go home together as well.
Ole Smokey is reaching retirement age and looking for a forever home where he can enjoy afternoon catnaps in the sun from the window, snuggles during a Netflix binge night, and a family to shower him with love as he winds down. At 7 years old, he's still full of a lot of life but is old enough now to enjoy the slower side of things.
This here blur of fluff is Kit-Kat. Kit-Kat is only a couple years old and is so full of energy it's near impossible to get a clear picture of her, so words will have to suffice. Full of fluff and soft as velvet, Kit-Kat is sure to be a cuddly addition to any family.
